We’re a group of Greek play enthusiasts, many of us connected in some way with the Classics and General Humanities Department at MSU. We’ve been putting on Greek plays in the Amphitheater since 2014–and in April 2017 we’re planning to perform Euripides’ play Helen – a surprising Greek tragedy with a happy ending, and one of the only Greek plays that takes seriously the idea of love between a husband and wife.
